The service at the hotel was awesome! From reserving lounge chairs to beach butler drink service, every need was taken care of with endless accommodations. The medical facilities service and laundry service were also excellent.

The hotel is located in a beautiful area, and I especially enjoyed the proximity to the nearby mall and the Haley bar just a 2-minute walk away. The accessibility features for guests like Vladimir, Kelvin, and Isaac in motorized wheelchair apparatus were commendable.

I had a fabulous stay at the hotel. The rooms were excellent – very large, clean, and stocked daily. While there was a minor issue with the room size not meeting expectations, the management was helpful in resolving this matter with Air Transit and Expedia. The service was top-notch; the staff was fantastic and always attentive to guests' needs, ensuring everyone was well taken care of. The location was amazing, right on the beach, and conveniently close to Puerto Plata for easy exploration. The dining experience had its ups and downs, with a wide variety of delicious food at some venues but a poorly done buffet setup at others. Overall, a wonderful experience with some minor hiccups.
